Are you ready to make a difference in the heart of Glasgow?

Queens Cross Group is seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our Boards and help guide our next chapter. We’re looking for people who believe in the power of strong communities and want to play a strategic role in making them flourish.

As we prepare to launch our 2025–2030 Business Plans and look ahead to celebrating our 50th anniversary in 2026, it’s an exciting time to get involved. With nearly 4,500 homes across four vibrant neighbourhoods, we’re proud to be known as one of the most desirable areas in the city to live, work, and play.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re inviting applications from people with a wide range of skills and backgrounds, and would particularly welcome those with experience in:

· Finance or Audit

· Technology & Digital Innovation

· Artificial Intelligence & Data Insight

· Strategic Business Planning

You don’t need previous Board experience — just a commitment to community, a collaborative mindset, and the time to get involved.

We value diversity and encourage applications from people of all ages, backgrounds and lived experiences. If you care about issues– like homelessness, poverty, youth opportunity, and climate change – and want to help shape real solutions, we want to hear from you.

                                                            Why Join Us?

As a Board Member, you’ll help oversee the work of one or more of our four organisations:

· Queens Cross Housing Association – delivering high quality affordable housing and services

· Queens Cross Workspace – creating employment and enterprise opportunities

· Queens Cross Factoring – supporting vibrant, well-managed neighbourhoods

· Queens Cross Community Foundation – funding projects that improve local lives

You’ll be part of a forward-thinking group committed to innovation, sustainability, and social
